MakelaardijBechtle B.V., an international IT services provider, has renewed its lease for approximately 3,350 square meters of office space located at Meerenakkerplein in Eindhoven, with the support of Parella acting as an independent real estate agent and tenant advisor. Thanks to strategic renegotiation, rental costs have been structurally reduced by approximately 36%.

Design and production.

Parella conducted a thorough analysis of all of Bechtle’s lease agreements in the Netherlands, examining their duration, rent, and flexibility. Based on this analysis, a renegotiation strategy was developed, under which the office located at Meerenakkerplein in Eindhoven was selected as the most promising option. Parella acted as an independent advisor to the tenants and as a real estate agent, achieving significant and sustainable savings in accommodation costs.
