Converteo, a leading consulting firm specializing in data transformation and artificial intelligence for businesses, continues to grow and is undergoing a major redesign of its work environment. After several years at Quai de Valmy, the company has decided to move to the Lumière-Seine building in the heart of Bercy/Cour Saint-Émilion (Paris 12) at the end of 2024, in order to support its development and offer its teams a headquarters that matches its ambitions.

Converteo has entrusted Parella with a strategic project: to design an iconic and scalable headquarters capable of supporting its growth while reflecting its identity and values.
Located in one of the largest tertiary complexes in Paris, owned by Primonial/Praemia REIM France, the company now occupies the top four floors of the Lumière building, with a 200 m² panoramic terrace and breathtaking views of the capital.

The project was carried out from start to finish by Parella: selection and negotiation of the location to ensure the best real estate conditions, collaboration-oriented space planning and programming, customized architectural, technical, and decorative design, and complete management of the construction and installation within an ambitious schedule.

The identity of the place combines noble materials and functional design: light oak and cork finishes, polished concrete floors, and a color scheme in shades of green and blue create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
