RENOVATION OF AN EXISTING STORE

The objective: to modernize and sublimate the Mejuri boutique in Marylebone, while maintaining its daily activity. The challenge was met thanks to a staggered schedule and seamless coordination with the design teams based in Canada.

— Improvement and renovation of the 1,400 sq ft flagship store, preserving customer flow during construction thanks to work carried out outside business hours.
— Close collaboration with the design team in Canada: daily exchanges (WhatsApp, images, updates) to ensure perfect consistency with the brand's natural and luxurious aesthetic.
— Enhancement of the store's iconic wall, a central element of the renovation, to make it a true focal point in line with Mejuri's creative vision.
— Close coordination with an agile trio (client, project manager, subcontractor) that promotes responsiveness, fluidity, and real-time decision-making.

— Implementation in two phases to adapt to the brand's changing needs and ensure continuity of operations.
— Local sourcing of materials that meet North American standards, reuse of existing elements, and sustainable recovery of components.
— Renovation of the entire point of sale: optimized piercing study, renovated floors and stairs to meet the company's aesthetic standards.
