Strategic real estate to support Pasqal's growth
Pasqal, world leader in quantum computing, is experiencing exponential growth, both in France and internationally. To keep pace with this dynamic, the company needed premises suited to its cutting-edge activities and ambitions, spread over several strategic sites in the Paris region.
- Our missions
Global real estate strategyReal estate strategy: Needs analysis and development of a multi-site approach based on Pasqal's specific activities.
Lease research, studies and negotiation: Multi-criteria site studies (plans, technical, etc.), Assistance in taking on three leases:
- Paris (24 rue du Sentier, 2nd arrondissement): An emblematic 3,000 m² building, owned by AG Real Estate, currently undergoing restructuring with delivery scheduled for 2025. In the meantime, Parella supported Pasqal in the lease of a coworking space atPatchworkin the 9th arrondissement.
- Massy-Palaiseau: A 5,500 m² site combining offices and activities, at the heart of Europe's leading technological innovation ecosystem.
- Joinville-le-Pont: An independent 800 m² building in the former Cité du Cinéma, dedicated to a specific activity.
