In 2024, Publicis Groupe, a global leader in communications, decided to bring together its Paris teams, previously spread across two different locations, in a single iconic location to support its strategic transformation, strengthen its corporate culture, drive its ambitions, and enrich the experience of its employees.

Publicis Groupe has chosen Parella to accompany it in a major transformation project: bringing all its teams together in Mondo, an iconic building owned by Gecina, ideally located between Place Pereire and Parc Monceau.
This project stands out for its exceptional location, offering accessibility, tertiary diversity, and quality of life, and for being a rare operation in Paris that brings together two headquarters in one place. Carried out within a tight deadline thanks to agile governance, it offers a hybrid and inspiring program that integrates collaborative spaces, an auditorium, a business center, a food court, landscaped terraces, and a rooftop. The complex has been designed to combine economic performance, cultural transformation, reinvention of the employee experience, and environmental exemplarity.
Nuestras misiones y ambiciones.
— Real estate strategy and transactions.
— Architecture and design.
— Refurbishment projects.
— Workplace strategy.
We have accompanied Publicis Groupe through every stage of this strategic project: from defining the real estate strategy to finding the location, negotiating and formalizing the lease agreement with Gecina. We also designed and carried out the interior fit-out in close collaboration with the internal teams.
Sober, elegant, and cohesive spaces have been designed to reflect Publicis' identity and encourage each entity to take ownership of them. The warm and carefully crafted architectural signature combines brown and beige tones with touches of blue and red, and highlights sustainable materials.
The experience is structured around two key levels: a welcoming ground floor with a café, agora, and meeting spaces, and a bright seventh floor that houses shared rooms, a work café, and a garden terrace with views of Paris.
Designed with flexibility and hybridization of uses in mind, the new headquarters offers flexible offices, a digital application, connected lockers, concierge services, and integrated services. More than just a workplace, Mondo has become a catalyst for transformation and a real magnet for Publicis Groupe talent.
