Nuestras misiones y ambiciones.

Vandebron, a green energy provider, established its headquarters in a former machinery factory (1901) located near Amsterdam Central Station. For this project, Parella provided real estate consulting and project management services. The interior was designed by Hollandse Nieuwe, which integrated a new spatial structure into the historic building.

Real estate consulting and location strategy
Selection and leasing of a building with character, in line with Vandebron's brand identity and sustainability ambitions.

Project management and implementation
Overall management of planning, budget, and quality, as well as coordination between design and execution through to final delivery.

Design and architecture (Hollandse Nieuwe)
A clear spatial organization across 1,600 m², preserving distinctive elements such as sightlines, level differences, and mezzanines, ensuring smooth and logical circulation within the building.

Materials and character

Each floor highlights its own spatial qualities: steel columns on the ground floor and wooden beams in the attic, which together create a flexible and inspiring working environment.

A sustainable and durable headquarters that combines industrial heritage with modern working requirements. The clear layout of the different areas and the identifiable central core facilitate collaboration, exchange, and orientation, perfectly in line with Vandebron's mission.
